Where's the beef? - MEH service and food

We went for dinner on 8/15/15 and hubby ordered a porterhouse for 2. He usually orders this and has plenty to take home.
Not this time. The price was for 2 but the size was for less than 1. We called over the manager and she said they are precut all the same, we said we are frequent fliers here and have never seen one this small. She was willing to have them cook another one but said it will be another 25 minutes. I call that a negative sell!

Hubby declined and she offered a free dessert. BIG DEAL, no comp no nothing.

Where's the beef Longhorn and the customer service? You won't be seeing us anytime soon or if ever again!
